Two years ago I was overwhelmed with the thought of hosting my best friend's wedding. How could I say no. Of course the answer was yes. I shuddered at the thought of a caterer showing up at my house and taking over not only my kitchen but also the entire night. Enter the genius of Greg DeMichiel and his extraordinary team of professionals. They came into my home a week prior to access their needs based on what I had available to them. They quickly analyzed and put me at complete ease. Greg presented several tasting options the bride and groom and put the final touches on all of the segments of the evening that was to come. On the morning of the wedding Greg's team showed up with an extra stove that they set up in an unobtrusive area and began to cover the floors in my kitchen with care. For the next several hours they began to prepare and assemble all of the fare that would be served throughout the evening. They took special care not only to the quality of the ingredients but also to their final presentation. The evening was a smashing success with everyone talking about the sublime cuisine and the amazing staff that whisked through the crowds serving with great skill and care.
