The space is BRAND NEW and located inside a turn-of-the-century warehouse in the Produce Market District of Downtown Los Angeles less than 2 minutes from Interstate 10 and the 101 Highway. The building is also a 5 minute drive from the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District and a block away from the ROW DTLA Shopping Mall. The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $7 per vehicle and is payable with Cash or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator that is available for use during the week from 8AM-6PM and on Saturdays from 8AM-1PM. The elevator is also operated by an attendant. The space is located on the top floor (5th) of the building and features the absolute best available view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. There is also a private restroom on the 5th floor that is available for guests to use. A private code will be given to each guest so that you can use the digital keypad to enter the studio. Feel free to ring the video doorbell at the entrance if you have any questions. The entrance to the studio has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 1700 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative project. There are two Cyclorama Walls at the end of the room that transition into the skyline view. There is a large white curtain that you can use to isolate the Cyclorama Walls from the rest of the space and you also can choose to have the windows open or closed while you use the space. The space also has 2 revolving sets that are available as well as a 9 foot paper backdrop with 12 different colors. There is a large 7 foot by 10 foot mirror as well as a 65" Samsung UHDTV, Samsung Sound Bar and Apple TV unit that you can use during your booking. Rates shown include use of the entire space including the Cyclorama Wall area, sets and the white, black & grey paper backdrops. All other color backdrops can be purchased as add-ons. You can also rent lighting & equipment as add-ons to your booking including GODOX AD600PRO TTL Flash Lighting and NANLITE FORZA FS300 LED continuous lighting, C-Stands, 25lb sandbags, Avenger D600 Mini Boom Arm, NANLITE FL20G Fresnel F/300 & 500 Lens, blank" and blank" Soft Boxes, Flash Triggers & more!
