Cancellation policy:
24h or more before Booking start = 0% fee
24h or less before Booking start = 50% fee
Cleaning and Damage: Renter is responsible for all equipment in room, cleaning up, and for any damage to facility, including theft, breakage, staining, or other damage. Do not remove chairs, tables, or other equipment from the building. Room must be left clean, with furniture setup as it was found. We may assess charges for damage or cleaning.
Personal Belongings: Equipment, supplies, or other products belonging to private groups may not be stored in the facility or on our property prior to or after the rental. We assumes no responsibility for personal belongings.
Courtesy to our Members and other guests: Rental events must be considerate of our members and their activities. We have the power to terminate any meeting disruptive to our operations. Any group asked to leave during an event because of violations of the rules, forfeits the rental fees and deposit.
Network: Guests have no right to access any other device connected to the our Office network or the Internet that Guest does not have permission to access. Guest is prohibited from publishing, posting, uploading, distributing or disseminating any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information on or through our servers. Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms, time bombs, candlebots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another.
Decorations, Signage, and Flammables: Must have prior approval. Confetti, rice and glitter are prohibited. Use of candles or other flammable material is prohibited.
Refreshments: Must be prepared in advance. Our kitchens are not designated for guests cooking or preparation of food. Alcoholic beverages must have prior approval.
Pets: No animals are allowed in the premises at any time.
No Smoking: Per City ordinance, no smoking is allowed on our property.

Our boardroom seats up to 20 and is the most spacious of our offerings. Conveniently located across from the shared kitchen space, this meeting room is ideal for large groups that might want to bring in catering.
