The open-air upstairs space with a canopy roof seen in the main photo comfortably seats about ten people, two patio spaces below around another ten and a backyard can hold about 20.
Directly below is a private art gallery space of the same dimensions, the size of a two-car garage.
The upstairs space and backyard are beautifully illuminated during the evening and there are multimedia possibilities for projections on the front wall of the building facing the street, the ceiling of the upper deck and backyard.
Adaptable to one’s creative imagination, it is perfectly suited for socializing, cultural, artistic, educational and business events, lectures, trainings and showing films.
This is NOT a place for loud music, dancing or wild parties due to the fact that the building is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The upstairs lounge has comfortable lightweight and easily movable matching outdoor sofas and chairs and a 360 degree city view. There are curtains that can close the space if needed, thought the view is usually considered preferable.
Conveniently located on a quiet street just a few blocks southeast of the 405 and 10 freeway interchange, there is ample free street parking with no time restrictions. It is also within reasonable walking distance of the Westwood Blvd station of the Metro's Blue Expo Line.
