Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking, Renter is required to place a credit card on file to pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost. The 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the rental date. If the balance is not paid by the 14th day prior to the rental date, the credit card on file will be automatically charged on the 14th day prior to the rental date. Terra Belle Event Studio/Cut Creatorz, LLC has the right to cancel a rental for non-payment. Any full payments/promo specials are non refunded.
?A Security Deposit in the amount of $300 is required and a credit card to hold such deposit must be provided to Terra Belle Event Studio at least five days prior to the rental date. The Security Deposit will be held via Stripe and Renter’s credit card will not be charged (but will be seen as “pending”) during the rental period. Unless Terra Belle Event Studio/Cut Creatorz, LLC deems it necessary, in order to repair any damage inflicted upon the Venue by Renter and/or Renter’s Associates, the Security Deposit will be released to Renter following the expiration of the rental period. If damages and/or infarctions exceed the reserved $300 amount, Terra Belle Event Studio/Cut Creatorz, LLC can charge up to an additional $800 to cover damages.
Terra Belle Event Studio/Cut Creatorz, LLC will process the Security Deposit transaction as quickly as possible. However, this process may take up to 5 business days following expiration of the rental period to be completed.
