Sophisticated Events by Shatasha is a wedding and event planning company. In our wedding division, we offer day of coordination services, full service wedding planning, and partial planning consulting. Our event division offers coordination and design of special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduation gatherings, etc. Our company has a dynamic coordination and design team that is capable of bringing your vision to life for your special day. We also have unique working relationships with preferred industry vendors which enables the client to have access to the most up-to-date wedding and event trends available today. Our customers appreciate our ability to listen to their needs, work within their budgets, the strength of our work ethic and attention to detail.
In addition to coordination and design services, Sophisticated Events by Shatasha also offers wedding and special event invitations, wedding accessories, as well as several À la carte services such as our RSVP service that can be added to any package for an additional cost.

DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE - THE SWEET TRANQUILITY PACKAGE
Maximum Meeting Time (Conducted In Person or by telephone) 6 hours
Unlimited emails & brief telephone conversations (up to 10 minutes each) in addition to meeting time.
Meeting option types include, but are not limited to: Concept Meeting, Site Tours, Details Meetings, Menu Tastings and Vendor Service Provider Meetings.

Create a comprehensive timeline for the entire day

Review seating with ushers

Lead Wedding Manager (Up to 10 hours)

Greet wedding vendors (at the scheduled coordinated time)
Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception area
Coordinate wedding vendors on timeline and special needs
Supervise delivery and placement of flowers and rentals while on-site
Distribute personal flowers
Provide use of Wedding-Day Emergency Kits
Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to wedding vendors
Ensure activities are on schedule per timeline
Prepare ceremony order (from processional to recessional)
Coordinate and cue musicians for entire ceremony
Organize and cue bridal party for processional and recessional
Greet late-arriving guests and direct them to available seats
Collect personal items from the ceremony site and move to the reception site
Ensure reception set-up is complete
Arrange escort card table (pre-alphabetized by client)
Place guest cards
Place guest favors
Confirm table numbers & chairs
Arrange hospitality trays in the restrooms if needed
Coordinate with the banquet captain/catering staff
Greet guests and assist them in finding their table
Organize and cue bridal party for grand entrance
Cue the MC, bride and groom for protocol events
Collect personal items and gifts ready for transport
*Package offers referrals only (client sets-up appointments and meets with vendors on their own).
** Additional event managers are required for larger weddings (200+ guest counts)
