House of DIRT is available by the hour 7 days a week between 8am-midnight. The hourly fee covers rental of the entire space, including the front, back and side porches. House of DIRT is an intimate venue specializing in small to medium events up to 100 people. Capacity of the different areas, depending on the set-up, is from 33-45 guests seated inside, 26 people seated on the front porch and up to 60 guests can be accommodated in the outdoor space plus a 15-person lounge area with seating and a large, full stage. Amenities included with booking are a fully functional commercial kitchen with oven, fridge, sinks and prep tables. Most importantly, you will be provided access to an on-site Event Director from House of DIRT to assist you with anything regarding the property during your event. Other services offered by House of DIRT include floral and decor, DJ's, bands and photography. House of DIRT also partners with several caterers, bakers, breweries, pastry and pie makers and more. Let us know what you need for your event and we can help get everything lined up. Please note: House of DIRT requires that clients book at least one hour before guests' arrival time and one hour after guests' departure time to allow for vendor setup and cleanup. Please account for these two hours when calculating your time slot.
