Suite 1 (bi-level):
Rent for 6 hours at the cost $2,000 plus $250 for each additional hour.
Suite 2 (bi-level):
Rent for 6 hour at the cost of $1,000 plus $250 for each additional hour.
The Venue Rental Price Includes:
• Exclusive use of the Venue (including all setup and cleanup time)
• Prep kitchen and room for caterer needs
• Use of available 6-foot rectangular tables
• Use of available 60" round tables
• Use of available 4” square tables
• Use of available 30” round highboy tables and chairs
• Use of available chairs for up to 150 guests
• Use of available upholstered lounge furniture (cleaning fee applies)
• One cash bar and one bartender (see Bar & beverage Package)
With no exceptions all suites must be cleared (including all event guest & cleanup) by 12am Sunday thru Thursday and 2am Friday and Saturday. We recommend that Client end the event and start the cleanup process 1 hour prior to mandatory closing time.
A 50% deposit of the Venue Rental and signed Venue Agreement is required in order to confirm an event date.
