At the Arlington Treehouse, we host affordable family events, business functions and fund-raising events. All day events are 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, with 60 extra minutes for cleanup. You can do everything in one place and relax and enjoy your entire day. Hourly rates are also available. Everything You Need Is Included Tables, chairs, and lounge areas are provided. We have complete bar, table, linen, dessert and buffet settings, flowers, plants, music, a kitchen, two refrigerators, a beauty suite, a dressing suite, four bathrooms, etc. - all included with your all-day event. You save money by bringing your own food and drinks. And you save by doing everything in one place. There is plenty of parking, and we are just three blocks from the East Falls Church Metro. Affordable hotels are close by. We can even provide transportation. Beautiful and Practical The 1,400 sq. ft. Ballroom has 72’ of windows and all wooden floors opening onto the upper deck. The room includes our 15-foot stone top bar, bar sink, full size refrigerator, and a restroom. The gas fireplace will keep you warm and three different air conditioning systems will keep you cool. 38 separate, dimmable lights set the room. The three-level deck offers over 1,000 square feet of private, covered, and uncovered deck space. The Garden Patio and Ballroom each seat 64. Enjoy our stone walkway, seating, swings, flowers, music, sunshine, and love. We go inside or onto the covered decks if it rains. The rain never ruins the party at the Treehouse. No tent required. The Beauty Suite - The Treehouse includes our Beauty Suite for hair and makeup and fun! You can do your own makeup and hair or bring your own beauty artist to make sure your friends and family have a great time. The Groom Suite - The Treehouse includes an extra private room for your guests to get ready. It’s Fun The Treehouse is designed to make events FUN for your guests. We have room to play and dance.
