A wonderful stay, An Eventective User from Fayetteville, NC

If you are considering having your company meeting in the Dallas area, I strongly recommend the American Airlines Training & Conference Center. The center is located in the beautiful Dolce Hotel & Resort. When you're not in a conference, there are plenty of things to do on the resort. We enjoy unwinding in the swimming pool the night before our meetings. If we don't book an extended stay, we're only a five minutes shuttle ride from the airport, so there is no need to wake up early and have a 30 minute commute in traffic. Everyone enjoys the video conferencing, the sound system is unbelievable! And with over 75 meeting rooms, there is always time for a last minute reservation. This place does get rather busy around holidays, so I suggest you book two weeks in advance. While there are several other conference sites in the area, this is the only venue in the area that our company has ever been satisfied with, and the only one that I would ever recommend. The service of the staff was everything we expected on our first visit, and our last visit was the same. Great service, wonderful food, and most likely the cleanest place I've stayed. Flying in from North Carolina, we were exhausted and ready to call it a night, but went down to the resort bar and relaxed with a few games of pool. Our company is actually looking forward to our next nationwide conference, because we all love staying at the Dolce Hotel & resort in Fort Worth Texas!


Great Meeting Venue Right Near the Airport, An Eventective User from Irving, TX

If you need a meeting space in the DFW area, then look no further than the American Airlines Training & Conference Center. This is a great venue for meetings of any scale. The staff is well trained and courteous. They even work with you to help you plan your meeting to make it as successful as possible! I understand that the space is also used for team building, receptions, and conferences. They have 75 meeting rooms, the largest of which is 5,900 square ft. With it's location at the airport, and nearly 300 guest rooms where you staff can stay, this venue offers several accommodations all in one place. There are outdoor activities available to guests, such as rock climbing, jogging trails, pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is also a great fitness center which offers several class including aerobics and pilates. To top it off, the conference center is only a quick drive from Six Flags Over Texas, The Fort Worth Stockyards, and several great sporting venues (like the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium and Ranger's Ballpark to name a couple). You may be able to find other venues with the same square footage, but I can't say that your money would be better spent. At American Airlines Training & Conference Center, you are getting much more than just a space. You are getting location, activities, and great hospitality. With the many advantages this facility has, it's hard to go wrong!


American Airlines training center for meeting needs, An Eventective User from corpus christi, tx

Beautiful meeting building only 5 minutes away from the airport. I was there for a nursing conference and found the staff to be not only polite and respectful but on the ball! The meeting room was well kept. The service was impeccable. There was a dinner and it was delicious. The menu was healthy and there was enough for everyone. The wait staff was coordinated and there was no need to wait for drinks to be filled. Meetings were held in a tiered ballroom. The seating was adequate and comfortable. The environment inside was kept comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and accommodating. I helped with the booking of the meeting rooms and I got a 5 percent discount right off the bat for a great and sufficiently priced package. At the time, the company was able to purchase rooms for corporate employees at a grouped rate which was convenient and not costly. The use of the recreational facilities was free. There was a billiards room and a moderate sized clean pool. When the company rented this space, the meetings associate helped plan accordingly and made sure that all the arrangements were suitably made. There was also a free shuttle service that was provided to take people to and from the airport. There was also a ride service provided for a small fee which was helpful for those who wanted to visit the Dallas/ft. worth. The staff was helpful in giving directions to nearby places like restaurants and tourist attractions. The facility also had a large wooded area to explore. It was a nice place to meet!
