We do not charge room fees! We have a great stage available to you and unbelievable audio visual capacity (we can put your PowerPoint presentation or on-stage performance on any or all of our 20 televisions throughout the cafe- there's not a single bad seat in this house). Concerning event amenities and entertainment, we'd be more than happy to make this event as elaborate as you like! We can book bands for you, have sky tracker lights out front (guests will see their destination from up to 10 miles away), red carpet, all the works- no problem, and we will not mark any of these items up. Our Creative Services team in Orlando can put your logo on our T-shirts, glasses, make banners and VIP laminates- your options are endless. We just had a private company holiday event and they actually customized their own Hard Rock pin and gave it to all of their employees. We can put your names or logos on our Hard Rock classic shot glasses, fill them with cocktail sauce and have them butler-passed to your guests to compliment an iced, jumbo shrimp display- really great way of offering something unique to your guests while allowing them to keep a gift to remind them of your event.
