The EsSpa Four Elements Spa Package is designed so that you and three of your best friends (or relatives, co-workers, etc) are able to spend quality time together. Treat yourselves to a memorable day together - as you relax, restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Organic Express Facial;
Hungarian Spa Manicure;

60 minute Swedish Massage.
Each guest will also receive a delicious, made-to-order Spa Lunch plus 10% off any spa products bought that day.

RESERVATIONS - We encourage ESSpa Kozmetika guests to schedule spa appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. For best availability, weekend appointments should be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance and weekday appointments 1 week in advance. All Manicure and Pedicure appointments should be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Please call (412) 782-3888 to schedule. All ESSpa Kozmetika services are subject to availability.
ARRIVAL & CHECK IN - For your first visit, we strongly encourage you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time so you may have time to fill out your Personal Profile Sheet, change and relax. Returning clients should arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow yourself to relax and prepare for your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please call ESSpa at 412-782-3888 as soon as possible so we can allow those clients on our Waiting List to enjoy our services as well. Please note, we must receive at least 36 hours notice of cancellations before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. No-Shows will be charged the full value of any service(s) missed.
GIFT CERTIFICATES - ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards make ideal year-round gifts for any special occasion or thank you gift. Cards can be purchased for services, packages, items, or a specific dollar amount. All of our exclusive spa products are also available for sale. Please note that if our prices have changed since your Gift Card was purchased you will be responsible for the difference, if any. For your convenience, in addition to our online store, you may also order by telephone or mail order. ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards cannot be refunded but are transferrable and do not expire. TOBACCO PRODUCTS and CELLULAR PHONE USE ARE PROHIBITED
Our entire facility is non-smoking. While at ESSpa Kozmetika, we kindly ask that you please turn off cell phones or other noise-making devices upon arrival (if you must, please answer or return your calls outside the Spa). We request that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. Walk-Ins and Wait List Appointments are available. All prices are subject to change at any time. Discounts, coupons and other price adjustments cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be used if redeeming or purchasing Gift Cards.
GRATUITIES - Tipping and the amount, if any, is completely left to the discretion of our clients. It is our mission that you will always receive the best services and treatments at ESSpa Kozmetika and we encourage you to please extend your spa professional a gratuity - 15% to 20% of the total amount is most common - if you are satisfied with your experience. ESSpa Kozmetika provides private envelopes for each employee at the front desk so that you may tip your provider upon checking out. Gratuities are not included in Gift Cards and/or Spa Packages and may not be paid for with Credit Cards or Gift Cards. Please note that Grautities cannot be made with Credit Card payments. |
