I am also a therapist and counselor; I hold an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Science and a Bachelor of Science and Social Work. I perform weddings in and around the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, specializing in small ceremonies for couples that do not want the fuss and complication of a large wedding. Quite often, couples ask me to officiate their wedding who do not want a religious overtone or who want a simple non- denominational joining. A beautiful ceremony can be built around those universal beliefs and according to your needs and wants rather than one religion. Some folks do not want the difficulty of a large ceremony, months of planning, large family gatherings, renting a hall and a chapel, etc. and want to simply meet, get married in a uncomplicated and humble manner. This is absolutely possible if that is what you both want. I am also open to the venue of your marriage. There are many wonderful places to be married in and around Pittsburgh. Would you like to be married on the Gateway Clipper, at Kennywood, maybe even on the Thunder Bolt, on a Mount Washington Overlook, PNC Park or Heinz Field, at a Park, in the Great Outdoors etc.? I will be open to your suggestions. My fee various according to the difficulty and preparation needed for the ceremony but a basic small joining ceremony starts at $270.00 and ranges up to $340.00 depending on wedding size and preparation needed.
