For your next gathering of 1,000 guests to a small informal meeting of 10, the Venice Community Center is ready to accommodate all of your needs! The center staff strives to make your event planning smooth and seamless. This lovely 45,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned facility is the perfect spot to host a beautiful wedding featuring private dressing rooms, and a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom with theatrical lighting to make the bride a star on her special day! There is also a state-of-the-art sound and lighting booth available for producing professional quality productions or to bring your next dance party to life! For smaller gatherings, they offer meeting rooms and class rooms of multiple sizes. Also available are top notch kitchen facilities for on-site catering and food prep and storage. Our club recently held their annual holiday party at the VCC. What a beautiful event! As we arrived we were mesmerized by the stunningly decorated drive, parking area and entry way. We parked very conveniently nearby and walked on the well lit pathway into the venue. Elegance was in every detail! From the ambiance, to the prompt and friendly service, to the wonderful (and hot) food, we were impressed. Our daughter is beginning to plan her 2013 wedding and we are strongly considering having the reception at the Venice Community Center. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to hold an event in Sarasota County, from small and simple to large and elegant, at the Venice Community Center.

The Devyn provides a fully customizable event and exhibition venue with the sole purpose of making your event a success.
