Museum members pricing is $75.00 for three hours for the first ten children. There will be an extra change of $5.00 for each additional child.
Non-Museum members pricing is $100.00 for three hours for the first ten children. There will be an extra charge of $5.00 for each additional child.
The Yakima Valley Museums Children's Underground is open for scheduled parties for any three hours during normal business hours (Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)
You may bring your own decorations, food, and drink.
A party in the Children's Underground includes playtime, an art project, and all is welcome to visit the Museum galleries.

Please be sure to schedule your party at least two weeks in advance.
All food and drinks must remain in the Children's Underground.
Be sure to give yourself enough time to put up and remove your decorations.
The Centennial Hall/also known as The Ballroom overlooks the lawns and trees of Franklin Park and beyond to the distinctive ridges of the Yakima Valley. The room is well appointed and decorated in a unique Art Deco style.

• Damage and Hold deposit (when applies):
Must be paid at the time of booking, along with signed contract.
Renter has 48 Hours to cancel the event to receive a full refund
• Cancellation policy:
If the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to the event, 50% of the total rental fee is nonrefundable.
If the booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior to the event, 100% of the total rental fee is nonrefundable
If the booking is cancelled and rescheduled to a future date, we will transfer the deposit and rental fees paid to date for a $50.00 processing fee.
This only applies to events cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event dates.
• We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks, as payment methods.
• 50% of the rental fee must be paid within 90 calendar days of the initial booking
Full payment (Paid in full) must be paid 30 calendar days in advance of the event in order to avoid cancellation of the event.
Rental fees not paid by due dates are subject to a $25 late fee per business day.
Bookings made less than 30 days prior must pay ALL FEES in full at time of booking
• If Museum Soda Fountain is used for catering services, 20% discount will be applied to rental fee.
