We are delighted to host a variety of events, including rehearsal dinners, receptions, corporate meetings, board meetings, Christmas parties, graduation parties, and other special celebrations.
We offer versatile event spaces. Our smaller meeting rooms can accommodate up to 64-70 guests, while our Garden Ballroom can host up to 130 people for larger events.
Per our food license, all catering, food, and beverage services must be provided by our in-house restaurant and catering department. The only exception is an outside cake or dessert.
Room rental fees vary by space. We have a flexible event space with the Garden Ballroom, which can be divided into the Gazebo Room on one side and the Fountain Room on the other. The Fountain Room or Gazebo room is $275 per day, while the Garden Ballroom is $475 per day. There is a 6.5% state tax applied in addition to a 3% administrative fee and 15% gratuity that applies to all rooms.
Most A/V equipment, such as screens and podiums, is included with your meeting room rental. Please note that the following are available for rent:
-LCD projector $50
-Speakers (Bluetooth or connected) are $10 per speaker (2 available)
-Microphone or Lapel Mic available for $35
-Flip chart and markers on an easel are available for $20
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own centerpieces and decorations. Typically, the room is set up the evening before your event. Should you require earlier access, please notify us at least a week in advance to arrange.
Yes, we offer various bar service options, including limited host bars where you can set a spending limit or specific beverage preferences. Our team can work with you to customize the perfect bar arrangement for your event.
The bar set up is a $100 service fee. Each bartender is $25 per hour.
