Rental fee includes set up and teardown of our Tidewater, Sailcloth Tent as well as tables, natural wood garden chairs, perimeter lighting, tent sides, cocktail tables, dance floor and linens. Plates, silverware, house napkins, and glassware are also included for food & beverage functions.
Rental fees are based on the size of your event.

Up to 80 Guests - $6,500
Up to 120 Guests - $8,000
Up to 160 Guests - $10,000
