Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. When you book your event, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Please call Blue Ridge Professional Center at 540-931-0770 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your booking. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that booking time. How to Cancel Your Booking If you need to cancel your booking, please call or text us at 540-931-0770 between the hours of 9am-5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. A no-show is when a client misses a booking without cancelling. In either case, the deposit will be forfeited. For hourly rentals, a $50 deposit is required to hold the reservation and will be returned after the space has been inspected for cleanliness and damage.
