Brian was Awesome! Quick response! Clear and understanding of rental agreement and the rules ere outlined from the beginning. Youtube video tour of clubhouse helped with our setup of event. Clean up instructions clear and posted on the Frig. Grass cut and landscape was done and ready for our arrival.

This venue was amazing! Beautiful grounds, privacy, full kitchen, tables, chairs, patio. It was perfect for my 40th dance party celebration with family and friends. Location is a bit tucked away but, was accessible to folks traveling from both Hampton Roads and Richmond area as a middle ground. Not to mention effortless booking and a great rate. Brian was wonderful in answering any questions. I would absolutely book here again.

I had my baby shower here and it was better than I could’ve hoped for. It’s a private intimate area and the place is very spacious and beautiful inside and out! The owner answered every question and concern we had. It was truly lovely!
