The Black Pearl is an open concept industrial space that can be customized and decorated to fit your needs for your event. Our goal when designing the building was to create a space for the community where you can feel like it’s your own. A sweeping staircase or elevator can be used to access the second floor with panoramic views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. From the second floor is a 500 sq. ft. mezzanine overlooking the second floor with bird’s eye views of Mt. Hood, Portland, and the Port of Camas/Washougal Boat Basin. On the river’s edge is a wraparound patio that connects to the east side plaza for outside seating and events. The outside space is perfect for food vendors, beer gardens, weddings, car auctions and more. There are two back to back fireplaces, four bathrooms and a warming kitchen on each floor. Each warming kitchen includes a commercial refrigerator/freezer, two six-foot warming towers, stainless steel counter and a large and small sink. Catering of food is required as no food prep is allowed on site.
