The McNutt House (circa 1826) is pleased to offer three venue options that may be booked individually or packaged together. The main floor parlor and dining room are ideal for small events up to 40 persons to include meetings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, reunions and parties. The adjoining sunroom may be used for a buffet line or as a staging area for your catered event and includes a wet bar. BBQ grills and fully equipped kitchens are on site for your use to add that personal touch.
Maggie's Hall has a large open floor plan capable of holding medium sized events up to 100 persons and is well suited as a private dining area for banquets, luncheons, meetings, social events, reunions, rehearsal dinners and other catered events. It may also be used as a party room for retirement parties, wedding showers, bachelor / bachelorette and sweet 16 parties. Maggie's Hall includes a fully equipped galley style kitchen perfect for a buffet line or a caterer staging area. The Hall has two double door entrances, one facing the large and lovely Courtyard. A large deck overlooks the gardens, patios, water features and walkways. All shaded by the areas oldest Japanese Magnolia tree. Gazebos, picnic area, BBQ grills, and fire pit make this one of the most desirable outdoor venues in the area. We do not require use of preferred caterers or party vendors.
