Parties, (birthdays, graduation, showers) and other similar events are welcome at this furnished vintage industrial warehouse event space, Food stations, bar, lounge as well as tables and chairs are included in the rental. Guest counts over 75 are subject to an increased hourly rate. Styled outdoor space available for dj, catering and other vendors. All events require bar service and event manager on site Additional restrooms may be needed for larger groups. DJ and live music permitted. Ask about our table styling and other props to bring your theme to life.

Small to medium size weddings. Our furnished vintage industrial warehouse event space includes farm tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Rental also includes buffets, indoor lounge and bar ready for stock. All events require bar service and venue management . Outdoor space is available for ceremony that can be flipped to lounge/patio. Assorted arbors and wedding chairs available. Outdoor space provides access for loading and parking for vendors (dj catering etc). Ample parking for guests is in front of the venue. Ask about our full table styling/ place settings, lighting, day of coordination, florals and of course the sweetheart table.
