Let us know if the event requires another vibe, we just might have it. Access to wifi and monitor. Bar service and property management required for all events. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to event.
100% deposits are due for events in less than 45 days.

Parties, (birthdays, graduation, showers) and other similar events are welcome at this furnished vintage industrial warehouse event space, Food stations, bar, lounge as well as tables and chairs are included in the rental. Guest counts over 75 are subject to an increased hourly rate.

All events require bar service and event manager on site Additional restrooms may be needed for larger groups. DJ and live music permitted. Ask about our table styling and other props to bring your theme to life.

Outdoor space add on packages are available depending on details of the event.
Small to medium size weddings. Our furnished vintage industrial warehouse event space includes farm tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Rental also includes buffets, indoor lounge and bar ready for stock. All events require bar service and venue management . Outdoor space is available for ceremony that can be flipped to lounge/patio. Assorted arbors and wedding chairs available. Outdoor space provides access for loading and parking for vendors (dj catering etc). Ample parking for guests is in front of the venue. Ask about our full table styling/ place settings, lighting, day of coordination, florals and of course the sweetheart table.

12 hr minimum for wedding and reception, 8 hr minimum for reception.
