The rental rate is $2,000 for a minimum four hour period with every additional hour being $250/hr. This must include set up and clean up time (no earlier than 5pm and no later than 11pm). You are also required to have a security guard present for the entirety of the event, including set up and take down. This is a direct cost to you of $38 per hour, 4hrs minimum. Additionally, you are required to obtain General Liability Insurance for the specific rental, which may or may not be an additional cost to you depending on your existing business policy.
