Our studios consist of 2 large warehouse style rooms (approximately 300. 0 square feet each) that will accommodate 200 p+ at a sit down dinner or stand up circulating event. You can rent one room or both. Our amenities include: • Catering Facility Ample space, including refrigeration, to store your prepared food. • 8’ x 16’ stage • Professional Stage lighting and Sound equipment • Nine 8 foot tables that can be used for serving tables or for other needs. • Seven bistro tables • Four 30” round tall bar tables. • Flexibility of using any caterer of your choice. • 100 chairs • Outdoor bistro seating • 4 ADA restrooms • We can provide assistance in renting additional tables and chairs, linens, theatrical light and sound equipment to full production services.
