Our event pricing starts at $800 for a two hour event and then $400 per hour for each additional hour. That pricing excludes Friday and Saturday night after 4:00 p.m. which are booked at a flat rate of $2500 from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The Stokely Event Center seats 160 comfortably. We have plenty of tables, chairs, black plastic table coverings and do all the set-up and clean-up for your event. All of our games; some old classic pinball machines and pac man as well as shuffleboard, foosball, ping-pong, giant jenga, corn hole are included with your event. Our sound system booms with overhead DJ lighting and effects (optional), a drop down screen and projector can integrate with our sound system for videos and slideshows and wireless mic for speeches or announcements. Additionally, we provide 8 flavors of pepsi, filtered water, sonic ice and cups for your event. We also have a signature Stokely Event Center photo that we give you guys on-site to remember your event by (1) formal and (1) that is fun. You provide your own food; catered, food truck, potluck, etc. You can bring alcohol but you must use our licensed bartender and security which is $400 for a four hour minimum and then $100 for any additional hours. An on-site photo booth is available as well and is charged as a flat rate of $300 for an event.
