Terms and Conditions

1. An agreement will be prepared that details the requirements for your event. 2. It will reserve the venue(s), the date and time of your event, and the number of guests you expect. 3. Upon agreement a 50% deposit must be paid (When the wedding falls within a six months range the payment must be made in full.) 4. The agreement will need to be signed by both parties: The Roaring River Event Manager (EM) and the person who is paying for the event, such as parents, bridal couple, or other they will be referred to as the Responsible Party (RP). 5. Wine and beer, if needed, must be purchased from Roaring River Vineyards under a separate agreement for the event(s). 6. If you wish to book a rehearsal dinner, this is considered an additional event and will require a separate agreement. 7. Have a professional Day-of-Coordinator (DOC) for each event booked with our event venue(s). 8. All weddings are to be held on Saturday no sooner than 6 pm. (Photographers and the bridal party may arrive up to one hour before the start of the event) 9. A 7% NC State tax will be added to the cost. Payment with a credit card will incur a 3.5% Merchant Processing Fee.
