Wedding Ceremony and Reception Features at The Reserve at Spanos Park
Outdoor ceremony sites include a charming set up at the first tee, overlooking a small lake or on the western-facing terrace adjoining the ballroom; both take full advantage of the beautifully kept surrounding golf course.
The main event space, the Mount Diablo Ballroom can accommodate guest lists of up to 200. Beyond the tiled foyer lies the spacious banquet area, brightened by a wall of windows and a large skylight this airy space affords your guests resplendent views of the emerald fairways, lakes and mountains in the distance. The interior is attractively designed with a high ceiling, earth-toned tile and carpet, granite countertops and brick wainscoting; the neutral décor makes it easy to customize, creating a space that reflects your personal tastes. Glass doors open to the patio presenting spectacular sunset views that could coincide nicely with the reception celebration if timed perfectly.
Dressing rooms can be made available for the bridal party’s convenience.

A signed contract and deposit of __________received by __________ will reserve your date. All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your event. If the deposit amount is not received by the due date, we may cancel your reservation and any previously agreed upon special rates, services and/or promotions will no longer apply.
At the time of your signed contract and receipt of deposit you will be presented with a Banquet Order Proposal that will outline the goods and services agreed upon under the terms and conditions of this contract.
We ask you confirm the total number of guests that will be attending fourteen (14) business days prior to the date of your event. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. If you do not provide a final attendance figure by that date, then the expected number of guests as stated above will be the number used to calculate costs and quantities of goods and services. The total balance of the event is due at the time of the final guarantee (14 business days before the event).
The minimum expenditure amount of __________must be used for food and beverages, even if the number of guests who attend your event is less than the final guarantee amount that you provide. If fewer guests attend your event than expected, our staff will work with you to add to or upgrade your menu selection for your event so that the minimum expenditure is used in the best interest of the event or the difference will be charged as venue rental. Please note that the minimum expenditure does not include cash bar sales, service charges or sales tax.
You may contact our Event Coordinator or Director of Catering & Events at any time between the signing of this contract and the date of your event to discuss details surrounding your event.

Amidst the panoramic view of the mature oak tree lined fairways, Spring Creek Golf & Country Club offers the ideal setting for Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal dinners, Graduations, Reunions, Social events, Celebrations of Life, Corporate events and off-site meetings.
Our banquet room can accommodate up to 200 guests. Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails can be served on the patio deck with the breathtaking view of the golf course. Spring Creek Golf and Country Club provides on-site catering for all your events. Your Event Coordinator will assist you with the menu selections, linen colors, timeline and all the details pertaining to the success of your event.
Customization of bar services is available upon request.
Ceremonies are held outdoors under our grove of ancient oak trees. Bookings include a rehearsal, set-up, changing rooms and an Event Coordinator. Appointments are required in order to view our facility. Evening and weekend appointments are also available with prior arrangement.
