Let’s dive into the details: Outdoor Space Rental: Our outdoor event center is available for rent at an hourly rate of $450/hour. Keep in mind that a minimum booking of 3 hours is required. (Unfortunately, our indoor space won’t be ready for booking until August 1st, 2024.) Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee varies based on your party size: 10-30 people: $100 31-50 people: $125 51-100 people: $200 101-200 people: $275 Food and Beverages: While the total rate covers space rental only (excluding food and drinks), we provide a list of independent vendors for food and beverage services. You’re welcome to bring in your own food, and if alcohol is on the menu, a licensed bartender with a valid permit is required. Please be respectful and do not bring your own beverage in if you book with a 3rd party bartender/bar service. Exciting news: starting July 1st, 2024, we’ll have a permanent bar on-site to assist with beverage and alcohol services. Booking Times: You can start as early as 10 AM and wrap up by 10 PM.
