Welcome to Sullivan Valley Commons, a Burbity Workspace location. We offer event spaces that are ideal for groups of all kinds. The Common Space event venue is 5,000 sq. ft. and offers a beautiful place to host a company function, holiday party, or celebration. This space is available in the evening or weekends. It can accommodate up to 250 people. The Indoor/Outdoor Space is 1700 sq. ft. and also has access to our patio, BBQ’s, sand volleyball court, and basketball hoop. Perfect for team building events, family gatherings, and celebrations. It can accommodate from 70-150 people. The Gathering Place event venue is 2000 sq. ft. with a 16-foot lighted buffet/bar area and dance floor. It can accommodate up to 150 people and it's ideal for celebrations, special gatherings, milestone birthdays, and more!
