Welcome to Sullivan Valley Commons, a Burbity Workspace location. We offer event spaces that are ideal for groups of all kinds. The Indoor/Outdoor Space is 1700 sq. ft. and also has access to our patio, BBQ’s, sand volleyball court, and basketball hoop. Perfect for team building events, family gatherings, and celebrations. It can accommodate from 70-150 people. (Depending on when the patio is open) The Gathering Place event venue is 2,000 sq. ft., with a 16-foot lighted buffet/bar area and a dance floor. It can accommodate up to 150 people, and it's ideal for celebrations, special gatherings, milestone birthdays, and more! We also offer meeting rooms with comfortable seating, a large conference table, crazy-fast WiFi, a Smart TV, and a whiteboard. Contact us to inquire about booking one of our spaces! Our meeting rooms are great for off-site meetings, centrally located in Spokane Valley, and we offer free parking.
