About Citizens and Southern Event Center

The historic Citizens and Southern Bank Building located at 148 W. Main St. has been a cornerstone of downtown Spartanburg for nearly 150 years in one form or another and is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. The classically designed bank building now serves the community as a private event and meeting venue. Whether it's a wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate meeting, special event or photography shoot, we look forward to making your event memorable. We can host up to 150 guests for a seated dinner utilizing both levels, and up to 200 for standing events. We are here to take care of the details so you can focus on the celebrating!
