To protect the venue from any potential damages or breached of the rental agreement we require a 10% security deposit . The security deposit acts as a safeguard and is refundable after the event if there are no issues.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Agreement for Venue Rental at Dream Earth Bowls 1. Rental Fee and Payment: a. The rental fee for the venue will be determined based on the agreed-upon pricing model, as discussed between Dream Earth Bowls and the event organizer. b. A non-refundable deposit 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to the event date. c. Payments can be made via credit card. 2. Security Deposit: a. A security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to cover any damages, breaches of the rental agreement, or additional expenses incurred during the event. b. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the conclusion of the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement. 3. Venue Usage: a. The venue will be available for the agreed-upon duration specified in the rental agreement. Any extension of the event beyond the agreed time frame may incur additional charges. b. The event organizer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to the event. c. The event organizer shall not sublease or transfer the venue to any third party without prior written consent from Dream Earth Bowls. 4. Cancellation and Refunds: a. In the event of cancellation by the event organizer, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. b. Cancellation within 1 week prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the full rental fee. c. Dream Earth Bowls reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or maintenance issues. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered to the event organizer. 5. Liability and Insurance: a. The event organizer is responsible for obtaining appropriate liability insurance to cover any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event. b. Dream Earth Bowls shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or loss of property that may occur during the event. 6. Termination of Agreement: a. Dream Earth Bowls reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the event organizer violates any of the terms and conditions or engages in any illegal activities. b. In the event of termination, the event organizer shall forfeit any payments made, and Dream Earth Bowls may refuse access to the venue. 7. Miscellaneous: a. Any changes or modifications to the rental agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. By booking with Dream Earth Bowls, the event organizer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and agrees to comply with them.
