Let me guess start out by saying that I am a technical consultant for an I t firm. We were asked to choose the location for the big tech conference that was coming into town for all the members of our industry. We knew we needed somewhere that had a lot of space to offer since we were going to have it least a couple of hundred people coming from all over the region. It also had to be somewhere not too far off of the freeway so that directions would not be a bear for those that did not have GPS, although with a tech group that wouldn't be too many. There are a few venues in town but we chose earl warren show grounds. Earl warren show grounds have been around for quite a while in our area and they have a large accommodating size rooms with areas for large presentations. The conference turned out to be quite a hit and there was plenty of space for different vendors and all types of information booths. The staff at oral warren show grounds were also very helpful in setting up payment arrangements and coordinating with our people for the event. I would highly recommend them again to anyone looking for a place to have a conference or trade show. I would say here in Santa Barbara they are definitely the best in the area and they are also centrally located next to the financial district if any other banks or financial services were looking for an area to host an event.
