Each package offers 4-hour time slots (with an additional hour to set up before your event and one hour to break down after your event ). Giving you a total of 6 hours!
There is a $200 booking fee to reserve the date. We also require a $150 security/damage deposit in addition to the balance, which will be due 14 days before your event date. The $200 booking fee is (non-refundable) and deducted from the total balance due.
Rental includes use of all facilities within the building. The space is painted white in color to allow you to decorate as you please. Each rental comes with 6 hours to use which includes 4 hours for event as well as 1 hour to setup and 1 hour to clean up at the end. We have free wifi and bluetooth stereo within the building.
Terms and Conditions
