Decor setup, breakdown, and removal.
The Coordination package to include but not limited to Vendor recommendations and email support. There will be one meeting to discuss timeline, the day of logistics, family and wedding party information, personal item checklist and to gather vendor contact information. There will be a meeting for a walk through with caterer/venue personnel and the decor company.
To include but not limited to helping the client find a venue. Work to get the catering menus and proposal secured. Help design the room and work directly with the decor company. This also includes all Day of Coordination package and service items.
Full Planning includes but not limited to managing vendor relations. Advice on venue selection. Coordination of the catering selection. Assist in event design. Help to coordinate invitations and save the dates. Manage permits, licensing and insurance. All Day of Coordination duties and much more.
