Wendel Center Daytime Rental
Raise the standard for getting out of the office—host your meeting or corporate event at the San Jose Museum of Art. Certainly there’s no better environment for motivating creativity. When you host your corporate gathering at SJMA, the unconventional setting comes with all the amenities and efficiencies you expect for a productive board meeting, high-impact product launch, staff retreat, holiday party, or VIP reception. The Museum offers a variety of options and can beautifully accommodate events for 20 to 150 during the day in the Wendel Education Center.

After-hours for a four-hour event. The entire Museum is an exclusive rental in the evenings. The rental fee includes the following:
1. Use of Museum equipment thereby reducing your rental costs – we should have all the equipment you’d need including simple AV, tables/chairs
2. Private Exhibition Viewing for your guests during cocktail hour
3. Docents (trained volunteers) on site to answer questions or conduct formal tours of the exhibitions
4.Security for the night
5. Onsite Event Manager
The Liquor License requires that all beverages are provided and served by the Museum Cafe, operated by Catered Too! They will work closely with you to customize the bar to your specific needs and the typical package list is attached for your information. Also attached is our Preferred Caterers list for your reference. These caterers are some of the best in the Bay Area and can work with any budgets.

On our beautiful campus, the Campus Center is the crown jewel offering eleven indoor and five outdoor areas. The largest space holds over 350 people, with ample on-site parking. Our unique, reconfigurable Event Center is the perfect setting for Corporate Events, Banquets, Trade Shows, Seminars, Holiday Fairs, Lectures, Workshops, Conventions, Dances, Team Building Retreats, and more! Fiorillo’s offers an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. Our private banquet facilities seat up to 175 guests and feature a dance floor and room for a band or disc jockey. $0 facility rental for the first (4) hours of each event with a minimum of 40 guests, with the option of adding additional hours at $300.00 per hour plus tax and service charge.
