1. Proof of Vaccination is no longer required to dine indoors 2. San Francisco City Update: FOOD & BEVERAGE: Some contracted events requires a Food and Beverage minimum as indicated on the first page of this Agreement. Any shortfall will be reflected in an unmet minimum charge. All federal, state and local laws related to food and beverage purchases and consumption will be strictly enforced. Food and beverage prices will be guaranteed six months prior to the scheduled event (whenever possible). State law prohibits the consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by persons under the age of 21. Proper identification will be required by all attendees. 3. GUEST COUNT: Client’s expected number of guests must be received by the Special Events Office no later than 12:00 pm THREE business days prior to the event. This number is considered guaranteed attendance and will not be subject to a reduction. Otherwise, the number listed in this Agreement will be used as a guaranteed number of guests. Client will pay for the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. 4. ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE: A 22% percent administrative charge is applied to your bill which is used to defray event commissions, operating costs and compensation for the event staff. A portion of the administration Fee will be distributed to the event service team (this may include, servers, bartenders, bar back, runners, and bussers) and apportioned accordingly. 5. SF MANDATE: adds a 6% surcharge to assist in complying with the San Francisco Mandate. 6. CANCELLATION POLICY: If an event is cancelled, the following policy will apply. Cancellation Fees: 24hrs or less - 100% of the food and beverage minimum 1-3 days prior to the event date – 50% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage, tax and service). 4-10 days prior to the event date – 10% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage and tax). 10+ days – No penalty applied.* *For events booked in December ONLY: 31-8 days prior to the event date – 100% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage and tax). ** COVID - 19 - The Restaurant will not refunding deposits for cancellations due to concerns over Covid- 19 - but with proper notice we are happy to keep the deposit on file for another event in this Calendar year. If you cancel within 24hrs 100% of the event total is due** 7. OTHER FEE’S - Cake Fee: $25 per cake will be charged for any cakes brought in for an event. Corkage Fee: of $25 per bottle will be applied to any wine brought in for an event. These fee's are not applied to your food and beverage minimum and taxes do apply. 8.EVENT TIMING: Client is allotted the use of the event space for the contracted start and end time above. If the client desires to extend the party, or set up early then Restaurant is happy to accommodate depending on availability. 9. MENU: Menu items are subject to seasonal availability. Events Booked within the 3 day window will have limited options. PAYMENT TERMS: For all events, a signed copy of this Agreement must be returned within 48hrs of receipt, along with a completed credit card authorization form . Any remaining balance will be due upon completion of event and will be charged to the credit card on file, unless noted otherwise in this Agreement. Any additional charges or amounts due as a result of an increased guest count realized at event will be charged to credit card on file upon completion of the event. There is an State sales tax applied to all events, unless tax exempt
