A lighter selection of dishes from our Fireside Tasting Menu. This 6 course experience can be enjoyed in either of our dining spaces. All our menus showcases beef sourced by Chef/Owner Marc Zimmerman and team from small and private Japanese farms. Sustainability, respect for the animals and responsible consumption are a point of focus and are reflected in our cuisine. A tasting menu comprised of nuanced, thoughtful dishes is executed by our chefs around an open fire hearth where wagyu is complemented with local as well as Japanese sea life, farm produce and wild foods. This 9 course experience can be enjoyed in either of our dining spaces. (Note: all dishes have a wagyu component. Please let us know if your party has individuals whose diet restricts them from eating beef.)
