We chose the Belmont Park Terrance for our company's end-of-year holiday event for 2024. From the very beginning, the Senior Event Sales Manager and Venue Coordinator made the experience a breeze! They were very responsive and answered all of the questions (there were many) that we had, and were flexible with the ever-changing decisions over several months. Their planning and invoice process was well-communicated and easy to navigate. On the day of the event, everything was set up on-time, and the staff helped navigate some technical difficulties with the sound system on-the-spot. The Belmont Park team was not only incredibly professional, but they were engaging and checked in with us the whole time to ensure that everything went smoothly. Our group enjoyed the location and layout of the venue, and we look forward to planning another future event here!

The Belmont Park team is exceptional. The venue is a great value with a beautiful view. Good food. Wonderful communication and service. Will definitely be back! My only feedback would be to purchase roller coaster admission and/or arcade credits for your event attendees as extra activities. It's really a fun venue and a tiny little bit of thinking ahead makes a big difference. Thank you team. You're wonderful!

My organization held a private party for about 40 guests with semi-formal attire in late July. We reserved the Coaster Terrace, which is an upstairs venue with an amazing view of the ocean and Belmont Park. The experience was top notch and all the guests had a memorable night thanks to the dedicated staff.

We had a group of ~50 people that booked the Beach House venue for a work social. Everyone had a really great time and the venue is in the perfect spot to enjoy the beach. Austen, David, and Efren were super awesome and took great care of us during the event.

It was so easy working with Heather & the team. Evening of, everything went off without a hitch. The view was beautiful, the room was warm & inviting, bar and food service was quick and efficient. Security graciously kicked us out at the end of our time with a smile :) Overall, wonderful experience.

Great party but not enough time — An Eventective User from CA

Pros: Great dining area for the party. It’s secluded and away from the crowd. We appreciated the extra chairs, as we had over 40 people and there was plenty of space. Supplies were adequate. Assigned party coordinators were great and did a great job of handing out wristbands, arcade and ride cards. Coordinator did an excellent job of taking the kids to their first activity. Iveth came to greet us. Food was kept warm throughout the party. Areas of improvement: TIME! I can’t stress enough how little time we were given to host a party with 40+ people. We only had 45 minutes and really needed 1 hour and 15 minutes, at the very least. Because of the lack of time, we were rushed out and leftovers wasted. The ranch dressing wasn’t on ice to keep it cool. It was concerning since it was buttermilk ranch. I had to keep putting it in the shade. Overall, 8.5/10. Again, time was too short at the dining area. If we had sufficient time, it definitely would’ve been rated 10/10. Thank you
