About 1835 Studios

1835 Studios is a mixed-use event venue that includes a beautifully furnished art gallery as well as an expansive outdoor tropical oasis, providing the perfect blank canvas for your event needs. The Hub is a 1,300 sq. ft. open concept space featuring work from various SoCal artists and a coffee bar by "Cafe X" that can be reserved for your next event. The Hub has a capacity of 50 guests and is furnished with eclectic mid-century furniture with multiple lounge areas and a large conference table that can seat up to eight people. This space also features a built-in sound system, a projector and complimentary wi-fi. The Yard is a 5,200 sq. ft. urban oasis featuring a beautifully manicured turf lawn, furnished semi-private cabana areas as well as a VIP lounge with a gas fireplace. Take advantage of our custom-built Dj booth or when the sun goes down, enjoy our customizable LED lights to enhance your event theme. Picnic tables, umbrellas, belly bars and other unique furnishings are available upon request. The Yard has a capacity of 200 guests and also come with complimentary wi-fi.
