Rental Rates (up to 60-70 guests)
* Mon–Thur, 9 AM– 11 PM: $100/hr
* Fri after 4 PM: $150/hr
* Sat & Sun: $150/hr

One time $75 furniture Rearrangement Fee
* Standard Setup (Included)Tables and chairs in our default café-style layout or open space.
* Custom Light Setup We’ll rearrange tables and chairs for your event (baby showers, workshops, etc.). Includes about 20–30 minutes of light setup and teardown time.
* Full Custom Layout - Our team handles a complete layout change — banquet-style, theater seating, or any custom configuration — and resets the room afterward.
What We Handle
• Wipe down and sanitize all tables and high-touch surfaces
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Restore the venue to a polished, photo-ready condition
This means you don’t have to worry about deep cleaning or resetting the room — just gather your belongings and decorations at the end of your event and place your trash at the back door!
