$1000/Day based on an eight-hour (8hr) business day ~OR ~ $150/Hr with a three hour (3hr) minimum. Includes use of good Audio/Visual equipment. Video Conference equipment can be provided when required. Includes tables and chairs arranged for a banquet, classroom or an auditorium style environment. We welcome outside catering and provide plenty of free parking.
In addition to your actual event time, we include added time for decorating and breakdown. We provide and setup all tables and chairs. Our staff breakdown all tables and chairs, and clean the space. We do not require approved vendors and welcome outside caterers, decorators, DJ's, etc. We can provide vendor recommendations as desired. We provide plenty of free parking.
I had a small wedding reception at Christopher Hall and it was perfect. This place has it all; tables, chairs, a big screen, and the ability to stream music right from your phone! At Christopher Hall, you have the freedom to bring your own alchohol, and serve food from any restaurant/caterer of your choice. Renting Christopher Hall for the reception was very affordable. Had I gone somewhere else, I definitely would have paid triple the price. Gary (the chairman) is very responsive, so helpful, and super nice! He was very easy to work with and made planning my wedding stress-free. I don't say this often, but Gary is one of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met! The crew that worked for our event were exceptional. Christopher Hall is very clean and well maintained. This was our first big event and Gary guided us through it all from start to finish. He gave us recommendations for catering and decorating that we did use and we were very pleased. We cannot thank Gary and his crew enough for such a memorable evening for our only daughter's wedding. The hall was the best venue we've ever used. We are a non-profit group that helps the state do training multiple times each year. Our number of trainees kept growing from 100 up to 160, they managed the changes without blinking an eye. They were so courteous and attentive to our need all through the 4 hour training session. Everything worked out perfectly, they are by far the best we've ever used. I would strongly recommend using Christopher Hall to anyone.
We conducted a 100+ attendee Floor Care Training Seminar for invited guests and vendors. The facility was perfect, it had everything we needed, from different kinds of tables and chairs, to audio visual support, kitchen space support and much more. The staff were amazing. They assisted with designing the best floor plan to arranging the set up, coordinating the space for our caterers to use, hooking up the audio visual support, and attending to every little detail or question we had. We looked all over San Antonio for a place that could fit within our budget. Christopher Hall was perfect! The hall had great space and the mustard colored curtains went right along with the decor we were planning. They had great amenities in the hall and in the kitchen. The staff was always willing to meet our needs and were very polite and gracious to see that the event went off without a hitch. We were very pleased after the event had ended.
