About Beacon House

Beacon House is located just north of downtown San Antonio. Built in 1922, the multi-use space is home to professional counseling suites, co-working space, and event rentals. We offer 3 seperate spaces that are fit for a variety of events. The main gallery is an open concept area with wonderful natural light and fluid layout, perfect for speaker series, panel discussions, parties, film screenings or pop-up dinners. Our largest meeting room is a blank canvas for every type of event, from workshops to small lectures, and the smaller upstairs conference room space contains a white board wall, large TV for presentations and screen sharing. All event rentals enjoy access to kitchenettes on both floors of the building, event tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, private meeting rooms, flexible large group spaces, virtual meeting capabilities, and audio/visual equipment. Cozy, but spacious building - An Eventective User from San Antonio

My family has used the Beacon House Main Gallery on two different occasions. After the passing of a beloved family member, we chose to do a Celebration of Life to honor her. We needed a space that would comfortably fit our large family, allow relaxed, spaced-out, seating for a meal, and an area to set out mementos significant to our loved one. The Main Gallery provided ample space for family and friends to walk around and visit with each other and enough seating for the meal portion of the event. The kitchen had everything we needed and was tucked away perfectly from the seating area. The long hallway allowed for a buffet-style meal. With several clean, well-stocked bathrooms located in easily accessible locations, open space, beautiful natural light, and ample parking, this event space included everything we needed. The location was central to our family and friends coming from multiple areas of town. We enjoyed using The Beacon House so much, we chose to rent it a second time for our family Christmas party a few months later. Family members felt comfortable in this cozy space with a variety of seating spaces.
