The perfect spot for any occasion. We are an intimate 800 sq. ft. modern space located in Northeast Philadelphia that can accommodate up to 50 guests. The hall rental includes the following: Chandeliers, Chivari chairs, wifi blue tooth speaker system or House DJ, 50" smart tv for presentations or slide shows , Off street parking, Air purifier to clean the air of viruses & bacteria and a Dance Floor. We also have remote entry. In addition, we offer the following services: Event Planning, Event Decorating, Day of Coordinator & Wedding Officiant services in PA, DE & NJ. When you call inquire about these services We have the following Tables: -6ft rectangle & 8 ft rectangle tables -48" & 60" Round tables -36" Cocktail tables All reservations and the $250 non-refundable retainer fee must be done on the website: theeventspotllc.com the same day. The purpose of the $250 retainer fee is to lock your date in on our calendar and it is also deducted from the balance of your bill. There is a clean- up/damage fee of $150 due the morning of your event via cashapp. $75 is returned to you the following day upon inspection of the hall.
