Seville Quarter began in August 1967 as the dream of Bob Snow, a Minnesota native, who was a virtuoso trumpet player, Dixieland band leader, naturally gifted designer, builder and energetic entrepreneur. Willmer Mitchell, the present owner, was Bob Snow's lawyer before Rosie's opened in 1967. His six children are dedicated to carrying on the tradition Bob Snow started. This venue has 7 rooms offering music for all kinds of dancing & top quality drinks and two beautiful courtyards. Caters private parties from 20 to 2,000.
