About The Lakes at CountryPlace Clubhouse

At the Lakes at Country Place, we provide exceptional care to everyone we meet. The Clubhouse is surrounded by a pristine semi-private 18 hole golf course and beautiful lakes. We respond promptly whether it is by email or phone call as well as answering any questions you may have. We take pride in each event that takes place at our facility! Our Clubhouse can be rented to accommodate various functions such as Weddings, Wedding receptions, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Seminars, Meetings, Family reunions, Baby showers, Bridal Showers, and many more! We look forward to facilitating your next event! We can accommodate events as late as 1:00 am and on Sundays if needed at an extra rate. Clubhouse Rentals have resumed for residents and non-residents who want to have an event. Appointments will be required to view the rooms and to complete the contract. Masks and the practice of social distancing will be encouraged to attend events. Safety measures are in place including disinfectant stations throughout the clubhouse. A disinfectant fee of $150.00 will be applied for every Clubhouse rental to disinfect the facility after each function to help reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 through surface contact. Prior to use, the renter must sign a Waiver of Liability Agreement and Indemnity Agreement, and the COVID-19 Facility Rules and Regulations in order to access/rent the Facility for the function for themselves and their User(s). Crystal Aviles, Manager of The Lakes at Country Place Clubhouse works diligently to ensure that every need of the Clubhouse and its users are met. If there is ever any problems or questions, she works to ensure that it is solved and every question is answered promptly whether it is by her or another staff member. Venue Booking: Must confirm the date and time of availability with Clubhouse Staff prior to booking. To secure the Clubhouse please contact Staff to complete the contract and to process payment.
