After completion of inspection to the premises and review of any violations, then the original payment shall be returned to the renter within one business week of the event date. Signatures are required for Damage Deposit pick up. Damages to the facility or its property during the rental will be repaired at the Management’s discretion and direction. The expenses may be applied in their entirety to cover necessary repairs/cleaning, may be subtracted from the Damage Deposit with the remainder being refunded to the renter or if the damages exceed the Damage Deposit, a bill for the amount will be sent by certified mail listing all expenses and requesting immediate payment. The damage deposit and final rental fee payment are due 30 days prior to the event. If the balance is not received in full by the due date, the event date is subject to cancellation. A 5% cancellation fee will be retained for events canceled before the 90 days.
