For larger functions, we can utilize the entire 3,000 sq. ft. venue including the main downstairs stretch bar, stage area for further entertainment and plenty of customizable seating areas to fit your function’s needs. The Crow has an elevated level with its own bar that can be used for private parties. The front part has railings that overlook the main bar and the back section is open to the front, but is a little more private. Jeremy (the owner) was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful. We paid for the space by setting a minimum bar tab, which was quite reasonable since we intended to have an open bar anyway. He also gave us inclusive per person bar options (like beer/wine/soda/juice, +liquor, or + premium liquor), but we opted for a tab. He asked if there were particular drinks we would like to have (I requested peach schnapps & my husband hard cider), & offered to set up a list of drink specials which we did not do. He let us put up whatever decorations we wanted (tie balloons to the railing, star garland around the bar, a 2x8 ft banner over some pictures, even star confetti on the tablecloths. He also let us specify a list of songs to play during the party. (He has a DJ that plays whom you can hire, but we didn't do that). I ended up contacting the bar directly because I didn't get a response right away and I was on on a short schedule. He was fine with having a caterer and brought up some extra seats. He met us when we could be there & opened for us so we could come early to decorate and have the food set up. The day of, he provided a couple fold out tables to put food & cake on (we brought tablecloths), provided last minute glasses to hold plasticware, closed the cold air vent over the food, and tended bar part of the time. Great party, great venue.
