The menu is served tapas style (shareable plates), providing each guest the opportunity to try all of the dishes from each menu. All of the items listed on the selected menu will be provided for you and your guests, so there is no need to select dishes from each course. For the best experience, we recommend to add a Paella option for your guests to get the full Jaleo experience!

Terms and Conditions

Final Guaranteed Guest Count: The final guaranteed guest count and allergies is due to Jaleo at Disney Springs (“Restaurant”) ten (10) days prior to the event date. If no adjustments are made by this time, the estimated guest count on the contract will be used as the final guaranteed guest count. Client will be charged for the final guaranteed guest count or actual number of guests, whichever is greater. Menu Selection Menus must be selected by the host no later than ten (10) days prior to the event Date or the menu will default to the chef's selection. All menu prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply to substitutions or variations of the menu. All menu substitutions or variations are subject to chef approval. Restaurant shall confer with (“Client”) about any and all proposed changes to menus. Concessions Client engages Jaleo at Disney Springs to provide food and beverage services in connection with the Event. No food or beverage of any kind may be brought onto the Venue without prior express written permission from Jaleo at Disney Springs. Client and its guests are not permitted to take any items "to go." Deposit and Payment Terms In order to reserve the date and space for the Event, an executed copy of this Contract and 50% a deposit (unless otherwise stated) of the food and beverage minimum spend as noted on the contract must be provided by the Client to the Event Manager by specified deadline;provided, however, that in the event Client terminates this Event Contract or cancels the Event for any reason other than a Force Majeure event as described below, the deposit will be retained by Restaurant. In order to guarantee payment for balances due and any additional charges incurred during and/or for the Event, a credit card authorization form, attached hereto, must be completed, signed and returned with this Agreement. The Client will be responsible for the undisputed balance due at the time the final invoice is presented. Company and personal checks will not be accepted. Unfortunately, the Restaurant is unable to accommodate separate checks, except that one separate invoice for alcohol can be provided upon request. If paying the final invoice by credit card, the card holder must be present at the Event to sign for the balance due unless otherwise specified on the credit card authorization form provided in the online contract. Duration of Event the Start Time and End Time for the Event must be observed unless otherwise authorized by the Event Manager. Extension of event: In the case of extending the reservation duration, we will issue an extension charge of $250 per half hour past the ending time of theevent with a 15 minute grace period. Administrative Charges (labeled as service charge above) and Taxes An administrative charge of 5.5% on all food and beverages, rentals and miscellaneous items ordered will be added to the final invoice. The 5.5% administrative charges are not a gratuity and are not distributed to the service staff who work at your event as a gratuity. Instead, the administrative charge is used to offset administrative and operational costs associated with your event. Applicable sales taxes also will be added to the final invoice (unless the host is entitled to a tax exemption and delivers a copy of the host's Certificate of Exemption to the Event Manager prior to the Event Date). Service Charges and Taxes Gratuity is not included in the food and beverage cost and a suggested gratuity of 20%, 22% or 25% will be an additional charge. Applicable sales taxes will also be added to the final invoice (unless the host is entitled to a tax exemption and produces a copy of the Client’s Certificate of Exemption to the Event Manager prior to the Event Date). Event Cancellation: Cancellation of the Event within thirty (30) days before the Event Date will result in a charge of 50% of the Estimated Total. Cancellation of the Event within fourteen (14) days before the Event Date.
