Magical Metro Meeting, An Eventective User from New Orleans, LA

I have always been a fan of Disney's work ethics and customer service, but they really can take it to a whole new level when the address their business aspect of the company. Holding a meeting in a Disney resort location really adds a whole new exciting element to the convention or meeting you are having. From personal experience, I can say that Disney has a set a new high bar for any other arena that holds a large scale convention/meeting for any amount of people really. Their staff can handle large volumes of customers as far as the food service goes, which is phenomenal, and they are attentive to every detail that could go wrong with a business conference. They treat us as guests in their resort rather than just someone renting out their convention space. What I loved about the Contemporary resort is that it held a feeling of "magical business" to it. It felt like we all could really explore our creativity during the various seminars throughout the day since we were so close to a place where dreams come true. It was a good feeling knowing that our business plans were developing in a place where another company has already exceeded their own business plans. I loved talking with the staff, especially the event supervisors/managers. During breaks we were just steps away from an outside view of the Magic Kingdom and the Bay Lake. We also were all able to stay accommodated in the resort itself so even though we had long days, our rooms were just a short walk and an elevator ride away. Also convenient was the restaurant located inside the resort, perfect for business dinners. From a business aspect, the convention center was perfect. Any tech needs regarding audio and visual were accommodated wonderfully. They were ready for whatever we brought and transformed the space into the small meeting areas we wanted to setup. They can really make anything happen for your meeting. Although it is a bit expensive for smaller companies, it is perfect for large ones. If you are looking for a meeting with more than just projectors and hotel rooms, go here! It can be a great bonding experience as well for your employees.
