CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notification of cancellation must be received by the Club, (attention to the Director of Events), no later than the dates specified below. Your non-refundable deposit will be retained. This is to recover any loss and monetary damages incurred by The Client due to cancellation. Therefore, in addition to forfeiting the initial deposit you agree that should you cancel your function less than the dates specified below you will be responsible for monetary liquidated damages accordingly. If cancellation occurs after food and has been purchased or gone into production, the total food and labor costs will be applied. Should you cancel this function, the Club shall use its best efforts to re-sell the function space. In the event that the Club re-sells any or all of the space, liquidated damages due to the Club will be reduced proportionally. Cancellations due by acts of God will receive considerations.
Should The Client cancel this function after this agreement has been signed, for any reason other than by acts of God, the Club will be entitled to liquidate damages based on the following scale:
• 90 days, or Less prior to arrival date: An amount equal to 100% of the estimated revenue based on the Food and Beverage Minimum, plus applicable tax and service charge.
