3. Expansive Outdoor Lawn: A spacious area in front of the indoor and covered spaces, accommodating up to 150 guests.
4. Children’s Playground: A small outdoor play area for younger guests.
5. Asian Gazebo: A picturesque spot for capturing beautiful photos.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your quiet hours?
To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, loud music or noise must conclude by 11:00 PM. All social events at residential spaces must begin before 9:00 PM and end by 12:00 AM (local time), including setup and cleanup.
Are your booking hours flexible?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate adjusted hours upon request.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free, easy on-site parking for over 80 vehicles.
General Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:
1. Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
2. Hard liquor is only allowed with a licensed vendor.
3. Please dispose of all trash in designated bins before checkout.
4. On-site food preparation is allowed.
5. Outside catering is permitted but must be provided by a licensed vendor.
Alcohol Policy
1. Guests may bring beer, wine, and seltzers without a Banquet License.
2. Hard liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.
3. For events serving hard liquor, a Banquet License is required.

(cold) but beautiful December wedding

This venue is a gem. Sam and his family have put together a beautiful place that I will always remember. He was flexible, communicative, and kind throughout the whole process. The value of this venue is insane. For a small wedding (less than 50 people) it's perfect. We did our wedding in December. We decided to do the ceremony outside despite the cold but the wonderful thing is that the building on site has heat so our guests were comfortable for the wedding dinner. I don't regret anything about our experience but this place is definitely most perfect for spring or fall events. I almost forgot to mention that Sam was present for the whole duration of the wedding helping set up the lights, heat and other things we needed help with. We were truly treated with respect and love during our time at Evening Sunshine.

Sam was a great Venue host. I'm a wedding photographer and he was quick to point out everything i needed to know and some good photo locations. He was present but not intrusive. He helped the day go very smoothly. He was charismatic and helpful. When issues arose he immediately set to fixing them.
